Utilising our Charmilles 240cc Wire Eroder & Cad Cam Software enables us to produce complex and intricate parts & profiles in a wide variety of materials with little distortion and heat generation to maintain a high degree of accuracy and surface finish. Parts can be produced from pre-hardened Toolsteels eliminating the need for grinding of punches and dies for press tools and extrusion dies. Also other exotic materials which would be difficult to manufacture by other conventional methods.

Neville Engineering currently has two Hurco VM4 CNC Milling Machines equipped with a 4th Axis which enables us to produce multi-sided machining of components in one set up. Production of small precision parts is our speciality whether it is a one off prototype or batch work, we have extensive fixturing and tooling available to enable us to produce extremely accurate and detailed components.

Equipped with two CNC Lathes enables the manufacture of highly accurate engineered products in both low and high volume batches.

We are able to offer grinding of highly accurate parts to within 0.01mm. Hardened and soft materials ground to produce various components for press tools, specialist applications and toolmaking.

Neville Engineering can offer complete design and manufacture of small press tools, extrusion dies and prototype parts with the aid of AutoCad Inventor and our Cad Cam Software.
